This is absolutely the best nail salon in Pullman!! My wife is so excited everytime she gets to get her nails done here. Tracy and Ron are the best in the biz. They're quite busy at times, so I recommend setting an appointment. We have tried other nail salons and they just dont compare.

Man who worked on my nails was very rude rushed me as I chose my colors and then proceeded to argue with me over the colors I chose because they weren't the same colors as the picture that I showed him. I wanted a specific style with different colors than pictured and that seemed to confuse him greatly. He got up mid appointment and made someone else come paint my nails because he was so frustrated with me demanding a certain color for my accent nail. I am super upset with how I was treated.. the lady rushed .. she didn’t ask what I wanted shape wise.. just assumed and then got mad when I spoke up. I had an appointment for 5:45pm and didn’t get seen til 6:15pm and they close at 7pm. The lady rushed .. my service and made my mom wait 15 min after my service started to start her’s. My mom’s toe nails looked like a 3rd grader painted them. For 91$ plus a tip I kinda expected better.. especially since it was a recommended place.
