Great experience and great service after several hot days with our ac unit needing to be replaced. Kool Koncepts came and got the job done at a great price literally less then half of what other companies quoted and a quality Carrier unit! Highly recommend
Excellent experience with Kool Koncepts! Their expertise to diagnose and fix an ailing AC is unmatched. They show up when they say they will and give the customer options that work. Reasonably priced and they don’t try to upsell a new system without trying to repair first. If you do need a new system, they can guide your decision for what works best for you. I don’t have the energy to go into what and how Todd treated my parents ….. did not fix the problem and now he won’t even take their Calls ….. now they have a bigger problem ….
