Found Todd on a preferred vendors list at work my co-workers crowd-sourced. Two of our computer engineers gave him GLOWING reviews. I called because our AC stopped working and he came within a few hours and determined to the blower motor in the attic died. I had sent the model number etc to him beforehand and he came with the motor, and installed it right away. Gave me lots of education about my system, which I really appreciated.
