My 5 year old son has been doing Aquatic OT with this company for about 3 months & we absolutely love it! His therapist Mr. Jacob is always punctual for our sessions and very patient when it comes to my sons occasional outbursts. They accept our insurance, and the office is great about responding to any billing/scheduling concerns in a timely manner.
The therapy was of sound quality, but the ethics of the therapist Anne that was seeing our son are questionable. She made several attempts to bully us into a therapy plan that we didn't feel was appropriate for our son. She even took it upon herself to contact his other providers to impact their routine with our son. She conspired with the non custodial parent to circumvent the lack of legal rights the NCP has under court order.
