I had the same experience as a previous poster. I made an appointment to discuss a possible add diagnosis. My son started running fever, so I wasn’t able to go because we have an 8month old baby. They ran test for flu and Covid, but he refused to even talk about him having add. He said I needed to make a separate appointment when I could be there. My son is struggling. Terrible terrible place
they are VERY judgmental and DID NOT take care of me or my child. Please get new staff, I am never never never coming here again.
Dr ali was rude talked down and treating my kids with no respect will not be returning
My kids have been coming to this office since they were newborns. I have 3 children, 14, 5 and 3. The front desk ladies and assistants remember us and know us by first names. They are kind and compassionate. Both Dr and the NP’s we have seen have listened to our complaints and are true problem solvers. We enjoy being seen here and will continue to do so.
