The customer service is above reproach. Frank went way out of his way to help me when my Ford broke down and the Ford dealer wouldn't touch it. Frank removed an aftermarket alarm that who knows installed years ago. He proved to the dealer that the alarm had nothing to do with my problem, it was a fuel pump. Thanks Frank for your great customer service!!!
