The guys that work for air conditioning service are some handsome sumbitches!
Worked there over the summer.
Poor customer service. After numerous years (about 10), changed maintenance contract with no notification. I don't fault them for the change but do for not notifying customers as a courtesy. Person answering phone was apathetic at best and attempted to indicate it was my fault for not knowing because I didn't prepay in the fall. ???
