They are crooks. They damaged my house sprayed refrigerant down 2 sides of the house ruining the siding. They admitted fault in writing and claimed they would handle it. Lie. They claimed insurance would handle it another lie. After a yr still more lies and not fixed. They caused more damage than the cost of the ac. The charged for new parts thry did not provide. Had to take them to court and they didn't pay what the judge allowed. Bottomline is they are a hot mess .. look elsewhere.

I have been trying to call them for days and even went to the office in Middletown. Not even an answering machine to leave a message, and no other way to get a hold of them. This is rediculous.
