My experience of this business has been totally different to most on here it would seem. I have an Eriba and have contacted them 3 times during my caravan ownership. On 2 of these occasions they have been no help at all with 1) a request for a brake light via their messaging system left unanswered ( this was ultimately resolved via a very helpful dealer in the Midlands) and 2) recent emails and calls in respect of my Eriba caravan sale simply not answered / returned after an initial contact. We have just had our Eriba caravan serviced for the first time by Kool Classics. Their customer service was exemplary and Pete managed to locate and repair a difficult intermittent 240V electrical fault, which was great. Equally, Claire came out late at night to the local campsite in order to try and resolve the issue. They obviously care about their customers. We will definitely use their service again.
