Extremely poor experience with the practice manager, Kareon. Her attitude was rude, dismissive and arrogant, with no regard for how to speak to patients. As someone with a non-English background, I also felt there was discrimination towards which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. After reading other reviews, it appears this has been an ongoing issue that many others have also raised. Hopefully the clinic reviews this behaviour and takes action, as patients deserve better
Absolutely love the doctors but unfortunately the receptionist on the phone today was extremely rude! No need to speak to people the way she did.
