The practice manager Corinne has been most helpful in facilitating all of the documentations that I require as well as making sure I am well accommodated within the practice in general. Doctor Peyman Bouye is a great GP, he has gone above and beyond to get me all the documents I need for a whole list of Gov departments.
Extremely poor experience with the practice manager, Kareon. Her attitude was rude, dismissive and arrogant, with no regard for how to speak to patients. As someone with a non-English background, I also felt there was discrimination towards which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. After reading other reviews, it appears this has been an ongoing issue that many others have also raised. Hopefully the clinic reviews this behaviour and takes action, as patients deserve better
