Specialty Store !!! – This store has everything !!! Such a unique store and the people that work here couldn't be nicer, you should experience a real children's specialty store !!!
Warm welcomings – Staff was very approachable and helpful. They also went over and beyond in wrapping my gift. We were also greeted with a warm smile as we walked in. Each sales person offered to help. Great shopping experience.

This is one of the most beautiful stores in town – I recently purchased baby furniture for my daughter and had such a great experience I had to write about it. I have been shopping with KooKoo Bear Kids for the last 5 years, the product selection and staff are top notch. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! – My experience with the organization has been horrible. My mother was kind enough to order a custom glider/rocker from KooKoo Bear kids on March 29th. At the time of the order we were told 10 to 12 weeks for delivery, which brings us to June 21st. In May I followed up on the Little Castle chair order with KooKoo Bear and had a very difficult time learning the status.
