I recently experienced the best customer care...I needed to pick up my cookie order for my mom's party and I had a very sick little girl at home...I had not been able to get her off the couch for 2 days....I called kookie Krum in a panic....not only did Janet deliver my cookies, but stopped by Publix and picked up some much needed items for me....I could have cried happy tears! They are great! I found this place through a job I had. Bought my wife some sweets an some how she became a great friend of the owner. I really do not think Janet has ever met a stranger only a person that is not a friend this very minute. Brownies OMG, cookies to die for. You have to try there treats.
I found Kookie Krums while googling the Internet for gift ideas in Tampa Florida. You see my very best friend, who happens to also be my baby sister, moved to Tampa recently and celebrated her first birthday away from her family!
