Great places for kids to have fun and burn their energy. Would recommend other parents to take their kids too. Just need to clean the place. Lots of deflated balls in ball pit. Can definitely make it better place. Also need to make sure all equipments are working fine and up to expectation.
Went here today with my 2 year old and was absolutely shocked by the state of this place and reading the reviews from months ago, the damages I seen today are the same damages that were there months ago. None of the ball launches were working, holes and rips on nearly every single netting, broken steps, broken trampoline, sticky equipment, filthy balls and more broken ones than non-broken ones, the bouncing pillow I felt could have been better supported as there was no netting around the sides or bottom. There were some clearly too big kids playing here. Screaming and running rampant through the place. Running up and down the slides, not giving the little ones chance to play. No one seemed to care.
As others mentioned, equipment that's been damaged for a long period of time (my guess is at least a year. I'm not fussed with the aesthetics etc you can't please everyone in that respect but fix the broken trampoline, the broken stairs, holes in nets patched up with zip ties, the entire front of the play area that has all the air powered ball equipment ie guns, the ball fountain thing etc. The staff are polite, food and cleanliness of the cafeteria and tables is really good but it seems like the play areas are neglected.
