Nice clean place for the children to play and make new friends. Food was great, hot and reasonably priced.
I took my daughter here for the first time and will NOT return, the playground was dirty and most toys are broken. Most of the play equipment needed maintenance. I don’t recommend.
$46 to get in for 3 kids under 3 no voucher for a coffee or drink. Have been coming here for years and got told today we’re now not allowed to bring our kids in snacks from outside. Yet they have nothing on offer for kids other than deep fried foods and crap full of sugar. It’s expensive enough as it is in this economy just to get into this place but to then say if our kids want to eat we have to purchase their crappy overpriced food too is ridiculous. We came here for my nieces birthday party. My sister ordered a coffee. Not only did the coffee take forever (which alone is fine), the lid wasnt put on properly but LOOKED like it was. Consequently, when my sister picked up the coffee, she naturally spilled it all over herself. There was no apology whatsoever from the lady who handed it to her. She didnt provide anything to help her clean herself up or any sympathy. Overall great for play but disgusting customer service quality.
