Best cookies and pastries ever!! I’ve gained 10 pounds!! Which could be a problem but don’t leave Redmond!!!!! Please!!!
Don't listen to Janis, these cookies are absolutely melt in your mouth buttery perfection!! Their menu is constantly evolving and has never been set in stone. It takes nothing to call or order on the website if you want custom cookies or baked goods! Every ounce of these cookies are baked with love, care and good intentions! Also, I know they use all local ingredients and everything in the truck is baked fresh daily! ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT!!
I was not impressed!!! The first time I went I drove all the way to town just to try their gluten free baked goods. I got there when they opened and was told they had none that day. So I thought okay new business hiccups and tried the next day. The shortbread was flat and had no flavor. It didn’t taste buttery and melt on your tongue. I bake so much better at home. But who has time. And who wants a whole batch of cookies in the house..lol
The cinnamon roll is to die for. Options for vegan and gluten free pastries.
