Kevin was referred to us through a mutual friend. Although the process began satisfactorily, over 6 months passed with continous delays, excuses, and no shows. We informed Kevin that we would be taking our business elsewhere and that we would like our deposit back. It has been over a month with several follow up texts and voicemails and as of this post we have not received it. We are very disappointed with the lack of service and professionalism we experienced.
