I ordered 2 X facetted stones from Kodak.When I received the parcel there was only one stone.Of course these things always happen on the weekend.I took some photos of the parcel content and the pickers packing slip inside the parcel and sent an email, plus I phoned and left a message re my problem.I followed this up on morning with a phone call to explain.
