NEVER AGAIN After He was grossly late from lunch, lobby FULL of waiting clients, he rushed me in. After second rushed adjustment, and the LOUD POP IN MY NECK, he ruptured a second disk ( this was my VA therapy from one already ruptured and 2 herniated)! He rushed right out of the room and I went in for surgery!! Completely unaccountable of the misery my family and have had to go through and still going through.
Can’t say enough good things about Michelle at Koob’s. She is so efficient and always thinks ahead to help me schedule appointments to fit my schedule. I love how she keeps things running smoothly and is always kind and helpful. I read a previous review about her and I must say I have never seen her be unprofessional or rude. Dr. Koob and the rest of his staff are kind and caring and always friendly.
Best there is. He fixes me in less than 5 minutes. Back on the road again
I have a great service from all the people that works for Dr. Koob except this time with the receptionist Michelle. She is one of the most unprofessional, unethical, way below the standards expected from a receptionist. I called regarding a scheduled appt. for my son using a gift certificate and she wasn't wanting to acknowledge the money i spent to buy the gift certificate from them. Went in with pain in neck and upper back with numbness and tingling in arm and fingers. Dr adjusted my neck and back and I felt instant relief. I went in for a massage, requested a deep tissue massage and it was so good, I felt euphoric afterwards! Quyana ckaneq!
