I had high hopes for this place. But I would not recommend not either side do to the lack of rhe system they have going on. Some of the doctors are good doctors. Bad thing is the new system. They got going on. People are making their appointments on time yet. Because they didn't confirm a message. A text message! , they're canceling the appointments. I’ve been reaching out to confirm they got all my application and tax forms via email and after 5 weeks and 2 different e-mails sent to today I attempted a third time at contacting them. They seemed lost, placed me on hold forever then hung up, and hung up again after saying hello when I called back. I am so disappointed. I’m walking around with gaps in my mouth waiting to find the right place to get bridge work done and apparently I just wasted 5 weeks or so on this one. They incorrectly billed my dental insurance and ended up being charged for something I didn’t receive. The clinic acknowledged the error but refused to refund me, don’t go to this place they’ll steal from you.
The only front desk receptionist in the dental area that was decent was the woman named Robin. The other 2 women that helped barely knew what they were doing. The receptionists that initially were going to help schedule my daughters follow ups were Kareen and Trish. Trish kept interrupting to call the back to ask unnecessary questions, and the only appointment that Kareen scheduled was not the appointments were needed first.
