Our roofing project was large. We not only replaced the shingles, but had all new plywood decking installed as well as installing a cupola on the garage. I had 3 companies give me estimates. Kontz Roofing proposed exactly what I knew had to be done. The other companies offered to used the old plywood deck. A bonus was that the Kontz estimate was lower.
