Kontz construction did an amazing remodeling exterior on my home. The crew worked hard and in a professional manner. Always maintained area cleaned at the end of each day. We were referred to Joe by our home inspector for a roof and siding. Joe was fast with his call back time and was able to give us a quote on our roof without seeing the home in person which allowed us to budget appropriately upon closing on our new home. After meeting Joe, we realized he completed other home renovation work and was hired for electrical, door installation and a small bathroom job. Quality gutter and roofing project completed at a very competitive price. Roof was replaced in one day and new gutters installed the next morning. Kudos to the guys for working on some of the hottest days of the year.... early start and early finish. Joe explained his materials and warranties... it just made sense. Highly recommended.
The guys were very professional. Cleaned up after themselves each day. Communicated clearly what would happen each day. I was impressed with the time they spent on each detail of the siding and gutters. I am very happy with the outcome.
