There’s been a hump in my roof since the house was built in the early 80’s that every other roofer so far said wasn’t fixable. I had my roof replaced by Kontos and they fixed the hump without me even mentioning it. Just one of the many reasons he’s the only roofer I use.
Unethical business practices! Kontos charged us an extra $2,300 for wood (on top of the $9700 roof estimate). The salesman came, inspected the house, gave us an estimate and never mentioned that the wood was not included.
