I got referred to her due to me searching for psychiatric care/medication management. We met virtually, I thought it was weird that we communicated through text. One day my texts didn't go through so I had to go to the website and leave a voicemail. I haven't heard back from her at all in two months. She was very nice and professional when I first met her. I missed our next session so I rescheduled, then work called me in and I tried to reschedule again and no response through text. I really needed a refill on my antidepressant because you just can't not take it all at once you have to wean yourself off. I tried calling the number and it's now temporarily unavailable and the website scheduling doesn't work. I thankfully got a refill from my Primary Doctor but it was my old dose. She is always there when I need her, always refills my medication on time and has really helped me get on track.
She's an awesome doctor! She helped get my pills all sorted, always is on time and answers my texts and calls when I need her!
She has disappeared without notice or anybody on call for her three times for me three times! And this time she cleaned out her whole office and took my medical records that were mine, with her and she is unable to be reached anywhere that's not a good way to run your practice she lost all of her clients in one day
