Extremely unprofessional and rude. We asked for a simple request, they hung up in our faces. After we already had an appointment with them and paid their office, their answer was to "call the insurance and figure out a way to go to another dentist in order to fulfill your request". why practice in medicine if you can't finish the job and help your patient!!?!
