This is the third house build I have been through and is BY MILES the BEST ( I still have my sanity at the end of this one ;-). Dan, Cody and all their team have been exceptional - always positive and supportive. Working with Cody on the design was a pleasure and the quality of their work is outstanding. I appreciated Dan's interest in finding new, more environmentally friendly materials too (cork tiles, wall insulation made from recycled denim). I am so happy I bought my tiny home from Konpak tiny homes! From the first conversation with Cody, I felt like I was dealing with people who actually cared about getting it right. I went with the Millie and I am so stoked with my new home! The build quality is solid, the finishes are clean, and the layout works far better than I expected. I'm in my early 30s and wanted to own something without being locked into a massive mortgage — this made that possible. Couldn't recommend these guys more highly

Great company to explore Tiny Homes and beyond. An awesome and knowledable crew headed by Cody and Dan. Super transparent and always approchable they never disappointed me. Excellent guidance on all aspects of building incl tiny homes and modular homes incl very detailed and tabelled pricing. Even when matters get difficult as in the transport of the tiny homes on wheels to a very steep domestic block in Byron they tried everything to help and succeeded in the end.
