I’ve been a patient of Dr Konopka for about 7 years. She is highly respected and well qualified to be in her role. She is one of my most knowledgeable physicians and someone who takes the time to answer any questions I might have.
Great office experience. We had a plan in place but needed to wait to get lab results. Never received lab results even with at least 20 calls to the office each time being told the dr will call back- never received call nor results from them. My pcp 3 months later reached out when they received an office summary explaining the urgency of the results. Shameful.
