AVOID. Came to house for a service call while a renter was present, looked at neighbors hvac unit out back instead of ours and told renter our hvac was 20 years old, it’s 6. Then came back next day to look at right unit. Then on morning they were supposed to fix HVAC they called at 8 am, didn’t mention parking. I had a new HVAC system installed by Konopka Marsden. Charlotte in the office was super helpful, got me quotes, arranged everything and even moved my appointment up by two days at the last minute for me. Technicians Chris and Logan did the installation of the new gas heater and AC equipment. Both were very punctual, polite, professional and left my home immaculate. This company is one of the best! They’ve come out and responded immediately to us twice now! Both times were during a heat wave and our AC suddenly shut down. They are compassionate and professional. Highly, highly recommended! Always a pleasure.

Very responsive!! Fixed roof AC unit when I 1st moved in. Came out today to service a faulty heater. Couldn’t find a problem, but worked when he got here. Refused to accept service charge! Very friendly staff
