The service is poor; the staff who brush the car before it enters the tunnel do so half-heartedly. They closed for renovations without notifying customers—hopefully, they won't charge for a service they aren't providing due to the work.
I love this car wash. Paid monthly direct from my account, pull in, wash and go or vacuum and go as many times as needed per month.
Place sucks does not even clean car well actually really upset I pay 20$ for it to be still pretty dirty
I tried to update my account online. It wasn't working to update credit cards. Hubby and I went to Konny's in Kaufman on 7/7/2026, in the office to update my new credit card number, because former number had been cancelled due to a possible hack on my Amazon account . A girl who sprays our car did the update. Saw my name and last 4 digits of new card on the machines screen. This was my favorite car wash to go through on the way home to decompress before I get there, but today was a different day. I have barely gotten into the car wash and the first upper roller press so hard on my front window. It completely cracked it and looking in the video. It hit so hard and crushed my front window and made my jeep do a small wheelie.
