Not a two star bc of the app apartments but bc I’ve been calling and calling for two days trying to price a 1bed 1bath and nobody has answered a single call. How do y’all even get listing I’m confused.
Advantages: Beautiful place to live. Cheap compared to other apartments nearby and very close to University of Houston (5 minute drive). Great big kitchen, wooden floors, 2 bedrooms and a nice bathroom. I absolutely love living here. Disadvantages: The gate broke in July and has yet to be fixed so it's always open. Although it has video surveillance, the landlord (very difficult to reach) doesn't check over it. A couple roaches, but they take care of exterminating when needed. Small parking lot.
