While the employees here are sweet, this place was very unkept with lots of loose hair on the floor rolling around. I tried to look past this and was satisfied with my hair after getting it straightened, but it wasn’t until I washed my hair two weeks after and received SOOO much heat damage, that I was officially unimpressed. As someone who straightens their hair frequently enough for it to be heat trained, I was very disappointed to see not only my ends straight but also my ROOTS. Will never be back here again.
