Owner of the company expects excellence without clear expectations. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody.
As a military veteran and traveling mechanic for 10yrs my opinion is company cares nothing for its employees, electrical foreman degrades contract employees, as well as constantly disregards osha regulations and common safety practices. Always undermanned supplied or tooled. Project manager lies, makes empty promises,and expects employees to foot the bill. No common sense when it comes to takin of your people as far as field supervision goes, but I hear rumors the owner is a nice guy.
