Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Not really Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Somewhat Does this provider take that extra step to make you feel special? No How would you rate your experience with this provider? Not very good Did this Provider let you know upfront what the approximate cost of the services would be? No

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time Did this orthodontist have testimonials and/or before-and-after pictures from previous patients? Not that I could see Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? All the time. They accuse me of making problems up Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? My daughter has braces. She's been going to the office for the last 3 years. They are extremely informative. They even helped us map out a payment plan. Dr. Konishi talks to the patients in terms they understand. (my daughter was about 10 at the time) The office staff is very friendly and accomodating.

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!
