Dr. Hoag explained the procedure step by step , he and the nurses stated if at any time I needed a break to let them know. I was anxious however when they began the procedure I began to relax , not feeling anything but pressure at times. I am very thankful I was referred to Konikoff Hoag & San. Each staff member I have communicated with has been a pleasant experience! Dr Hoag and the nurses were phenomenal during my procedure!
I had a very nice visit. All staff was nice, polite and helpful.
