My husband recently had to have 6 teeth removed and was very hesitant and anxious about it. The surgery went fine and he was well cared for by Dr. DeRenzi and her team. I wanted to especially highlight the two ladies at the front desk. In a time when customer service feels like a thing of the past, these ladies answered every question, were patient, kind and friendly. I had an upper tooth extracted, the procedure was quick, and painless. (They did numb me up nicely) while it was a bit unnerving to hear the noises of the tooth being extracted and the sudden pop when it broke, it did not hurt. I did feel pain afterwards, which they said to expect. But the pain was not as unbearable as predicted, and while it still hurts (I had the procedure done Wednesday, Aug 27, 2025) it is feeling much better.
