The thoroughness and knowledge here was great. Dr. Derenzi was outstanding. She’s quick and knowledgeable. Extraction was done within minutes. Receptionist were friendly and attentive.
Unethical billing practice. Had a biopsy performed on 11/28/22. Dental insurance denied the procedure stating it was considered "medical". Called the office when we received a bill and provided medical insurance information. Was told the bill would be submitted to medical insurance. Received another bill 1/15/2025 stating we were responsible for payment. Called to find out if they billed medical insurance and was now told "we don't do that" and I would have to submit to the medical insurance. Too much time has passed, and me... read more
