The level of genuine care and concern at this location was phenomenal. Old school caring of their patients which is rare in this world today.
Have been with Konikoff Lynnhaven for many years. I needed to reschedule an appointment and it took 3 days of nonstop calling 3 different numbers to reach someone. Once I reached someone I was placed on hold for a "hygenist" and left for over 30 minutes. I hung up and called back again a few more times, was placed on hold again for 20 minutes before finally being able to change the appointment. They were so kind to take me as an emergency appt. I hadn't realized it had been so long since I'd been to the dentist. They answered my questions thoroughly, were very kind and professional. I will be returning regularly.
I'm 76 years old and this was maybe my best dental experience .... ever. Very organized, professional and friendly. Highly recommended!!!
