Data Recovery - Who know? I have been working with Konicom for years. They have a great staff and they are always very helpful. When my secretary's computer crashed with all of his projects on it, we asked Konicom what they recomemend. Apparently they are a data recovery place. After a week they called us and said it was done! Only $500. I will say they are alittle hard to find, but once you find them they are hard to leave. Great job.

Great Service! Awesome service. Everywhere else I called when my external hard drive crashed quoted rates starting at $500. I took my drive into Konicom in the morning and they had recovered all my data into a new drive by that afternoon and for a cost of $99. They worked fast and efficiently. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs help in recovering data!

Ripoff My friend took her computer to this place because of problems with viruses, spyware, etc. From my view, they kept the computer way too long. Cleaning viruses/spyware and other typical problems from the computer should not take as long as they did (4-5 hours according to her). I have fixed several computer for friends (for free) and I have never spent more than 2 hours fixing the same problems that she had.
