A year since I posted the last review and, surprise, surprise, Konica Minolta still can't bill or invoice us correctly. Even worse, they changed the contract and won't provide me with the details of the new contract. I've contacted customer service and billing 6 times now. No one will give me details of the new contract but they won't give me my invoices until I agree to the contract which they won't let me see. Seems like a pretty shady business practice to me.
I have been dealing with billing issues with Konica Minolta in my role at the University of Arizona for years and they can't get it right. Incredibly unresponsive. I haven't received invoices in months and no one seems to care.
