Do not ever consider doing business with Konica Minolta! I wish I can give 0 stars but it won't let me post a review. The most horrific customer service in the United States of America. In their case, customer has no importance whatsoever. Actually, they might treat you like a human until you sign a contract. Once you sign it, you are done. You will not be able to reach anyone for help or support except a finance company they work with to pay a bill. We purchased new copier C250i and then it has not been setting up over the two weeks. Technician did not show up even we had setup schedule. Horrible.

I don't recommend Konica. Ever hear the song "Hotel California"? You know where they say, "You can check-out any time you like, But you can never leave!'" That is what it you will experience if you sign a lease with this company. They raise their rates every lease agreement, where a competitor company was able to give the same machine at half their rate. They ripped us off for many years.
