Do not ever consider doing business with Konica Minolta! I wish I can give 0 stars but it won't let me post a review. The most horrific customer service in the United States of America. In their case, customer has no importance whatsoever. Actually, they might treat you like a human until you sign a contract. Once you sign it, you are done. We purchased new copier C250i and then it has not been setting up over the two weeks. Technician did not show up even we had setup schedule. Horrible.
