Matt H Our family thinks the world of Dr. Kong. She is a Great Doctor. My two girls have known Dr. Kong since they were babies. Over the years, Dr. Kong, has given the upmost care to our daughters. She is kind, thoughtful, and caring. We trust her and believe in her. As we say in Hawaii "Mahalo" Dr. Kong.

AVOID THIS DR LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Took my girls in for an annual physical plus flu and whooping cough shots. A month or so later we get a bill in the mail for about $500.00 for both. Seriously $500? And this is with Blue Cross.

Find some other doctor Prepare yourself for two hours of waiting even thou you have an appointment. She doesn't answer your call on or after hour.

Kong-Thein Lorna Md is an exceptionally great doctor In my opinion, Dr. Kong is a good pediatrician. Dr. Kong listens to all my questions and concers and explains her answers very well. When my 3 year old boy was a week old newborn he had a severe case of jaudice and Dr.Kong immediatelly instructed me to take him to an emergency room. Me being a picky mother took him to an Arcadia hospital where he was kept for 3 days, 2 of which she came in during her work hours to see how his condition was. I thought she was good I like Dr. Kong. I think she is professional, she listened to everything I said/asked, she encouraged me to ask questions, and she called back when i paged her. When i was very worried about my newborn (I had a cold sore) she went above and beyond finding out about it, and even called the CDC. I hope she continues to be a great pediatrician. my baby is only 6 weeks old, so only time will tell

Don't Go to this Pediatric Doctor, Worst Mistake I Ever Made. I was so mistaken about Dr. Kong when I took my one week old son to be seen for a bad cough and phlegm which made my son struggle to eat. She said that nothing could be done because he was too little. This was on a Thursday on Sunday I noticed my son had a lump on the side of his neck so I paged her. Worse Pediatric Doctor! Worse doctor I've ever seen, my son has a fever, cough and horrible fungal diaper rash. The doctor said she will give me medicine and the diaper rash medicine have to be put on 3 times a day for a week. So I went down to the pharmacy to get the medicines but I found out I was missing the diaper rash medicine so I ask the pharmacy, they said Dr. Kong only prescribed the fever and cough did not prescribe the diaper rash medicine so we went back up to her office and told her she accidentally left out the... read more
