Unfortunately, my opinion of Dr. Kong has slipped greatly. He told me I needed a root canal on a tooth, then changed his mind. Staff turnover seems to be high; the front desk staff and hygienists are constantly different. Also, the billing makes no sense. I have dental insurance and I didn't get x-rays, and you're still charging me $50? WTH?

I do not recommend this Dentist. Any dentist that looks at your insurance and tells your wife, "I don't see dollar signs" and then argues that our insurance does not have a deductible, not to mention, does not follow the requests of the customer but tries to pad his pockets with an outrageous alternative plan is one that has many red flags. His review count is low and looks fake, is not on target with my wife's experience and over all, this "Dr." cannot be trusted. Just our opinion. Dr Kong was professional and catered to my Anxiety when having a tooth procedure. I highly recommend him!
