I worked as a dental technician for over 20 years. During that time, I worked with many different dentists in the area. I began seeing Dr. Kong as patient and found his dental care to be honest, accurate, caring, and professional. Unfortunately, my opinion of Dr. Kong has slipped greatly. He told me I needed a root canal on a tooth, then changed his mind. Staff turnover seems to be high; the front desk staff and hygienists are constantly different. Also, the billing makes no sense. I have dental insurance and I didn't get x-rays, and you're still charging me $50? WTH?
Simply the best! He is so meticulous, knowledgeable, gentle and highly effective.
