I wish I could give her zero stars. I was at my appointment on time and I even had to wait almost an hour for her before she walked into the exam room. Ate stated she veto have high blood pressure and prescribed me a medication. Then she proceeded to say “I’ve spent a lot time in here”. I told her it’s not my fault that I now have hypertension and I was waiting on her.” She stated “oh, yeah I know that.” I believe there is quite a bit of implicit bias occurring at that practice. This review isn't about the doctor. But the customer service is extremely unprofessional. I have been assigned to her as my primary doctor and received insurance card that has her name on it. Those customer service people are not willing to take new patient and they can't give any reasonable answer. They are unfair and unprofessional!
