Ordered 3 hot Cheeto Kong dogs instead gave me marinara. Also got a matcha frappe and they didn’t put any boba even though it shows on the advertisement picture.
I saw the picture of a matcha frappe and ordered exactly as said in the flyer but when I got the drink it didn't have boba instead it had whipped cream which left me confused, I asked the staff if they could change it or add boba to it but they said they couldn't. They stated that the flyer was only for advertisement but why advertise something if it's not going to come exactly as shown?! It was so frustrating trying to ask for a refund or just add boba to the drink so we could leave, but staff said that they can't do refund... read more
