I lived in this condo for 2 years and honestly, if you're paying $1700/1800+ a month, there are much better options out there. Lived here for a year. The location is convenient, close to Inglewood and Deerfoot. Most apartments include underground parking, or you can rent a spot for $100–$150. The building is new. Moved out due to the following concerns: 1. Railway Noise - this was the biggest issue. The building is extremely close to the railway, and trains run 24/7, often honking. Packages missing for a couple times, the heated ramp didn't turn on during the first snow, so car slid down on the ramp. scary to live here.
Wonderful building, huge parking lot, good construction material. Just beware of trains (East facing) as they are pretty noisy and stall here for a long time
