Best and top elevator technology.
As a resident in a building whose elevators are maintained by KONE, I'm appalled by maintenance and response time from this company. I've never seen so many issues of malfunctioning elevators, ineptness to actually repair issues, and abysmal response times. For the sake of your tenants, don't choose KONE as your "repair" company
While shopping at Market Basket in Hudson, MA I observed the driver of this Kone truck pull in between 2 handicap parking space very close to the 2 vehicles parked there. The young man jumped out of his truck and went in to shop. Within 5 minutes an elderly couple brought there groceries out and the women with her cane had to struggle to get into her vehicle while her husband had some difficult putting their groceries in the other side. I’m a private patient advocate and my client was in a Kone elevator in (Roxbury)Boston and it “malfunctioned” they are now unable to work due to the traumatic brain injury they sustained in a Kone elevator. It crashed from the 1st floor to the bottom of the shaft. As we know from research most people don’t survive elevator accidents as well as the healthcare costs for people with traumatic brain injuries.
