tech came looked at elevator turned it off locked it and left . been over a week have not heard anything from them really professional
They are not quick to respond. Rarely does the repair last more thana few days. Maybe send your techs for training.
The field tech we deal with seems knowledgeable and easy to deal with, however, the office people need to be chased around to get what you need from them. So you get the typical, "I told the office people and they'll take it from here," and then you can't get any traction with the office people. So if you're a building manager and want an efficient and productive relationship with your elevator service vendor, look elsewhere in CLE.
