By the look of previous reviews, the company has not done anything or enough to discipline the employee or employees who have been driving aggressively and dangerously. They reply in the reviews that they take safe driving very seriously but apparently not. I was on I-25 north bound through Castle Rock 5:30 am. When one of their drivers was driving aggressively. We’ve had multiple poor experiences with this company’s technicians, and it’s been extremely frustrating. On several occasions, technicians have left without providing any updates. Most recently, during an emergency service call, the technician, Manny, was incredibly disrespectful. He refused to follow our company’s policies and even threatened to leave without fixing the elevator during a critical situation. Can’t attest to their handy work but clearly y’all have a REAL issue with your techs driving abilities. 5:30pm on a Friday night and obviously there’s traffic on I-25, shocker. In bumper to bumper traffic their driver proceeds to tailgate and blast their high beams on behind us. Then cuts off other drivers and proceeds to aggressively weave in out of traffic. This is reckless and clearly not being addressed. Fix your attitudes maybe or stay off the road

Kone has been nothing but trouble. I have called months ahead for inspection and it costed us some big late fees. I have them talk very badly about women in my lobby in front of women. They say it will be a hour. But five hours later with no updates. NOTHING BUT ISSUES!

I witnessed extremely aggressive driving from one of their drivers today. They were headed South on I-25 in Denver (around 2:30 pm on 10/10/2024). It looks like they were engaging in some road rage with another driver. The guy driving the truck was speeding on the off ramp and then crossing the double white lines to get back into traffic. And then proceeded to cut through multiple lanes of traffic. Mind you, this was beginning of rush hour and there were tons of cars out and about.
