I just want to give a big shout out to the staff at Kone Elevator! Elevator malfunction is usually the result of improper passenger use and I have always been able to rely on Kone to get their technicians like Cory or Mark to get on site rapidly to restore service! Their technicians are always professional and knowledgeable. I recently had an appointment with our Kone sales Madison R.
