I would do ZERO STARS IF i COULD!!! This is day10 without an elevator, they finally got here "fixed it" and within an hour broke down again and can't get a return call from them. It's now Day 10 without an elevator again, and I'm stuck on the 2nd floor in an electric wheelchair. Other residents on the 3rd and fourth floors also can't get down. Southridge Senior Lofts, today. 2 Repairmen showed up a 10 days after elevator broke. They said it was fixed; but it knocked and didn't level off with the floor. They claimed it was fixed and we had to tolerate the loud noise. It quit working less than a hour after Krone employees drove away. This was 2nd time, Krone came to repair an elevator that is less than 10 years old. We use KONE for our building’s elevator service, and they’ve been fantastic. Most recently, they got us back up and running quickly, and the whole process was smooth. Big shout-out to Dustin, a service technician — he’s awesome! Super friendly, knows his stuff, and always keeps us in the loop with what’s going on. It’s clear he really cares about doing a great job. Really appreciate the work KONE and Dustin have done. Highly recommend them if you need reliable elevator service.
I just want to give a big shout out to the staff at Kone Elevator! Elevator malfunction is usually the result of improper passenger use and I have always been able to rely on Kone to get their technicians like Cory or Mark to get on site rapidly to restore service!
