We use KONE for our building’s elevator service, and they’ve been fantastic. Most recently, they got us back up and running quickly, and the whole process was smooth. Big shout-out to Dustin, a service technician — he’s awesome! Super friendly, knows his stuff, and always keeps us in the loop with what’s going on. It’s clear he really cares about doing a great job. Really appreciate the work KONE and Dustin have done. Highly recommend them if you need reliable elevator service.
I just want to give a big shout out to the staff at Kone Elevator! Elevator malfunction is usually the result of improper passenger use and I have always been able to rely on Kone to get their technicians like Cory or Mark to get on site rapidly to restore service!
