Stopped by Kondo this a.m. with our Lexus SUV with what i thought was a major headache. Wilfredo said "let me take a look." Seconds later, minor miracle; fixed, no charge. Thank you Kondo motors!.
I think it is interesting that the General manager answers the phone. This is good customer service because you can get a lot of valuable knowledge over the phone. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. One of the mechanics stopped and talked to me in the lobby while the manager was with another client. I thought that was really nice. Anyway, I drive past the Honda or Toyota garage and head to Kondo every time. Never had a bad experience.

Made online appointment on Kondo Motors website for oil change. Brought car in at appointed time. Also had them check brakes during appointment. All work completed in 31 minutes including free estimate for front and rear brake repair! Everyone was very courteous and work done in estimated time frame. Brake repair estimate seems fair. Will be returning tomorrow for brake repairs. Thanks for the great experience on our first visit.
