I was the last customer for Anna. I can tell she was in a rush. She did a poor job removing the cuticles around my toes. She barely scrubbed my feet. After oiling my legs and feet, she did not remove the excess oil from my legs or the bottom of my feet. I could not walk in my shoes and had to wipe the oil from the bottom of my feet in order to walk. Anna already walked away without any help.
