This nail Spa is really good, the staff that have helped me are nice. Customer service is great overall. The price is also reasonable not pricey. I was offered drinks every time I visit. I will definitely return for more service.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. From the moment I walked in, things felt unprofessional. The nail technician who worked on me (I didn’t get her name) did not clean my toes properly, and throughout the service she kept pushing me to upgrade to gel even though I repeatedly declined. Came in for a pedicure and dip manicure. I was told they were busy and might not be able to do my nails. My pedicure was nice very relaxing. I was offered hot tea and water. As they finished up my toes I was told they had time to do my nails. Amanda was my nail tech she was very sweet. I appreciated that she soaked my nails vs just drilling the previous color off. She did a great job and I loved that she mentioned she cared about healthy nails. The shop was very clean and pleasant. I would definitely go back.
Very clean environment and friendly staff. High quality products that smell amazing. Highly recommended!!
