I go to Koncept every 3 weeks for a pedicure and builder gel. I am almost always very happy with the results (9/10 times) and the staff are typically very nice. I go often, so there have been a few techs I didn't love, but the majority are fantastic. The salon is clean and the services offered are fantastic, and my nails never chip! The one time I had a broken nail the day after, I went back and they fixed it for free!

Okay today (Wednesday) my tech was not in. I made an appointment with David. Let me say when my tech is unavailable I will choose David!!!! He did an Amazing Job
Very disappointing experience. I went there on September 10th for a gel manicure, and after ONLY TWO DAYS, the gel started peeling off several nails, causing my natural nails to break as well. A gel manicure should absolutely last longer than two days. I tried calling and messaging them several times and received no response. When I finally managed to get an appointment, I was told I had two options: pay AGAIN to have the manicure completely redone, or have the damaged nails “fixed” for free.
