Even though this store does not sell ice machines, the man was so helpful. He understood what the problem was with the one I had and I was so appreciative of his kind assistance. I will certainly ship here is other medical equipment needs arise.

Last week, James at Koncept Medical went out of his way to fix my friend's scooter that is her primary source of mobility and safety. James took the time to find an alternate fix and install it promptly (on a Saturday before Easter!). If you have a medical equipment problem or need medical equipment, call Koncept Medical.
