I have always been extremely pleased and satisfied with the products, services and friendly attention that Koncept Medical has provided over the years going all the way back to GTB. They have a great selection of products, even the odd items I need from a TENS unit to a trigger finger splint. They have serviced my walkers and shower chairs with a smile when I've struggled with the broken buttons that adjust the leg lengths. My mother-in-law recently purchased a Golden lift chair from Koncept Medical as she prepares for her second hip replacement surgery. Before shopping, I spent a lot of time researching lift chairs, including using ChatGPT to compare brands. Golden consistently came out as one of the top recommendations, while many of the inexpensive online brands were not recommended for long-term quality and reliability. Even though this store does not sell ice machines, the man was so helpful. He understood what the problem was with the one I had and I was so appreciative of his kind assistance. I will certainly ship here is other medical equipment needs arise.
