THESE PEOOPLE JAMES SR. AND JAMES JR. KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS...THE BEST AND MOST PROFESSIONAL SERVICE I COULD HAVE ASKED FOR.....CUSTOMERS ARE PUT FIRST AS IT SHOULD BE..SO WHEN YOU NEED MEDICAL EQUIPMENT LIKE ROLLATERS AND SCOOTERS THIS IS DEFINATELY THE PLACE TO GO.....SO GLAD I DID.
I HIGHLY recommend Koncept Medical--my interaction with James was top-notch. We needed to rent a Hoyer lift immediately and James was able to get the lift delivered same day without any hassle. You don't find companies that bend over backward for their customers much any more--we will continue to use Koncept as we encounter needs moving forward.
I tried another company first, and got raped on the cost. $275 service call, which i refused to pay the extra $75 for them to come back out with the part needed for repair, b/c they never told me. I assumed the $200 covered it.. ... I called Koncept Medical, and spoke with the owner, James Kroeger... not only was the part 1/2 of what they were trying to charge me, the service call was less than $100. Stayed late on a Saturday to fix my wheelchair. Excellent service. Incredibly responsive and prompt. Saved us a lot of difficulty by getting the chair fixed same day. Absolutely would recommend.
My mom fell and needed to move to assisted living. Insurance couldn't immediately approve and deliver a wheel chair. Koncept Medical couldn't have been more helpful and efficient with securing the rental of one. I even bought a walker there for my mom. Highly recommend this company. WONDERFUL staff!!
