It was a pleasure working with Jeff and Will on the project planning and coordination at our home. On top of that, Shawn and Robert were incredibly thorough, organized and communicative throughout the project! We will absolutely use Koncept Garage for future projects, and we plan to specifically ask for Shawn and Robert to handle the project too!
We installed overhead storage racks in the garage to create more space for seasonal bins and bulky items. The installation crew mounted everything securely into ceiling supports and tested the weight capacity carefully before finishing. The project took most of the afternoon. Compared to before, the garage floor feels much less cluttered and easier to move around in daily. We can now store items safely overhead instead of stacking boxes along the walls. Being direct and honest this is the first and only experience with a contractor type business where they said what they were going to do and when and showed up exactly at that time and did exactly what they said they would do. Every day they provided a detailed list of what they had completed with images to show and then a detailed timeline of next steps.
