My friend and I both got Brazilian sugar waxes at Kona Waxing and Wellness, and it was such a great experience—especially for my friend, since it was her very first time! Jill was incredibly kind and welcoming. She helped ease my friend’s anxiety by chatting with us throughout the appointment, which really made the time go by smoothly. I have been going to Jill for a few months now and per the reviews, she is very calming, patient and gentle. I went to Jill for my first ever waxing and she was so kind! Not only is she incredibly skilled and gentle, I was feeling embarrassed about my psoriasis plaques and she completely eased all my insecurities, worked with me on my trouble areas and even gave me tips on how to better care for it. Jill is a serene individual that just gives you good energy while helping you feel and look good. There’s always great conversation with her but if you don’t feel like talking she plays a calming background sound that you can meditate to she is very detail oriented and she will not let you go if she is unsatisfied. Highly recommend this business!
