Gee, I don’t know where to start. Big picture is my family and I were displaced from our home due to sewer smell. The original plumbing company I called said it would be $9k to replace all the piping because they couldn’t locate the leak. So, I myself attempted to locate the leak. Kona Plumbing is hands-down the best plumbing service I’ve ever used. David came out on a Friday afternoon with the most positive attitude and had our plumbing issues fixed in no time. What really stood out was how pet-friendly they are, David treated our dogs like they were the real customers (they loved him!). Everything was handled professionally, quickly, and with a smile. What a refreshing experience. I was pretty disillusioned that I could not find a good contractor on the island. Kona proved that to be false. Very professional, down to earth, and genuinely helpful. I found the plumbing service I will use in the future and recommend to others.
