I discovered water leaking from the ceiling of our 2nd floor in 2 different rooms. I called Kona(David) for service. His response was immediate. Scheduled an appointment for the next morning. What a relief. David and Miguel arrived on time and promptly began to evaluate the problem. What a great professional. He identified the problem was a leaking connection at our hot water heater.
